1 Corinthians 3:16 asks, "Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst?" The verse is a great reminder to care for our minds, souls, and bodies. If you are a Christian, then holiness is your goal. I remember this verse when I struggle with exercise, over-eating, and spending my time wisely. It can remind you too, no matter what you struggle with. Remember that temptation may be too much for you, but it isn't too much for Jesus who lives in you. You can do this! You can overcome!
