- from our Affiliates
A primitive, or folk-art-style, image of a Steller's Jay (Cyanocitta stelleri) on the reddish inner or reverse side of the bark of a paper birch (Betula payrifera). Text reading, "Steller's Jay" and "Cyanocitta steleri)" also appears. Add your own additional text. One of my favorite birds, it is found is found in much of western North America; from California, throughout the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia to Alaska. I refer to these birds as screeches, because that is what they do.
