The original piece was a digital drawing with a white background. I was inspired to create this “Journey” drawing after starting an intensive healing therapy program for PTSD and anxiety. During treatment I had powerful visions and this is a summary of some of the things I experienced. The treatment eventually led to a vision exploring the darkness within myself and every time I relaxed and accepted it, I would begin to see light and transition to a new space within my consciousness. It was an amazing journey and experience… I can only hope that anyone struggling with a mental illness or temporary pain will realize there is always light/love waiting for you that will carry you through all things.
