Fourteenth Amendment Section 3. There is a horizontal and vertical version with the text of the Amendment on the back, and a vertical version version with the text of the Amendment on the front of the card, all in the same collection. Remind your Congresspeople, including the ones who helped plan, but failed, to throw away all of your state's votes through abusing the electoral college in 2020, and your friends and neighbors, that insurrectionists are disqualified from holding public office. The back of the card contains the text of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which reads, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability." The text underlined in red reads when put together, "No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States who, having previously taken an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same." Remind people that the people responsible for the insurrection, especially its kingpin, Donald Trump, need to be held accountable and are disqualified from public office by reason of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Trump held the Office of the President, he was in charge of the military, and on his inauguration day, he swore this oath, in front of all of us, "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Design description: Over the entire space, a blue background. Over the top half, the words, "Fourteenth Amendment." Over the bottom half, a wide stripe in patriotic red, edged on the top and bottom in white, and in the center of that stripe the words "Section 3" in an all-caps white serif font. Back design is split into two halves. The right half contains the text of the Fourteenth Amendment Section 3, with parts underlined as described above. The right has space for the address and stamps.
