The middle has the word "Vote" in large blue script on the right, and to its left are the words in all caps black serif font, "by mail. early. once," so that it reads, "Vote by mail. Vote early. Vote once." Underneath that but still in the white space, spaced out over two lines, are the words in blue all caps serif font, "Have a plan. Vote responsibly." The last line, "Vote 2020" is a template in white all-caps serif font with a star on the left and on the right of the words, all of which is placed on the lower blue stripe.
