Cleopatra Maltezos Marler (1912-1995) and Capt. Ben Franklin Marler, Sr. (1917-1970) dearly loved Family, God and Country. The were pioneers of the fishing tourism industry in Destin, Florida, on his small seine (net fishing) boat, the Plymouth, in 1934. Capt. Ben Marler's Boat Service ran from 1934-1999.
