Here are a collection of six diagrams (1880) of Victorian Age Nineteenth Century water-wheels as well as the turbine invented by the French inventor and engineer Benoît Fourneyron (1802 – 1867). These antiquarian hydrodynamics water-wheel engravings illustrate the section on “Natural Philosophy” of an 1890 Cyclopaedia published in Edinburgh, Scotland. This design will be appreciated by engineers, hydroengineers, those interested in the history of Water-Wheels, Hydropower, Turbines and Hydraulic Energy.
